Our founder, Mani Rai, brings more than 25 years of experience spanning accounting, financial management, business ownership and operations leadership. His background includes accounting and business management, and he also owns and manages businesses in distribution, franchising and real estate investment. He holds an MBA in Business Administration.
Having managed businesses himself, Mani understands the pressures small-business owners face: controlling costs, serving customers, managing employees and finding time to grow. That firsthand experience shapes PalmVanta’s practical approach: understanding each client’s business, identifying priorities and recommending services that support its goals and budget.
Small-business owners are expected to manage websites, search visibility, social media, online reviews, advertising and lead follow-up while running every other part of the business.
